There is nothing quite like a book to raise one’s credibility and visibility. This is especially true if the publication provides truly helpful information and is well-written, engaging and professionally designed. But, few aspiring authors or entrepreneurs have the money, time or expertise to publish a book by themselves and do their jobs. That’s why United Experts Press works—you provide the content and we do all the rest—editing, design, and production. That’s our job.
Here’s how the program works:
10-20 participants write one article/chapter (averaging 2,500 words in prose) for inclusion in a book devoted to a single topic of importance in your profession, industry or civic group.
For a fee of $500-$1,500 each (depending on the number participating), each contributing author receives up to 500 copies of a trade paperback book with his or her name, photograph and bio/contact info printed on the cover. Each author may do whatever s/he wishes with the books—give them away, sell them for up to the $15.00 suggested retail price, donate them to the club or association for fundraising purposes.
If sponsored by a trade or other association, a specified quantity of additional books will be printed and provided to the association free of charge. As with the author copies, the association is free to use the books however it wishes.
The book will be assigned an ISBN, registered in Books in Print, and converted into eBook format (for distribution via Kindle, Nook and other eBooksellers).
